What to expect after contacting us:
* We will meet to discuss our services we will provide based on your situation and individual needs. We will go over our contract and set a date and time for completion.
*On the first day we arrive ready to organize! (We love this) We pay great attention to detail. To us we respect the home and the items in it. Our previous clients have been very pleased with our meticulous sorting. We will find important documents, photos, keys, etc. We will continue to come back everyday till it is sorted into what to keep, what to sell, what to donate, and garbage. We have companies we use for dumpsters, disposal, and chemical removal. You choose the charities where you wish the unsold items to go. Whether it be to the veterans, animal charities, or salvation army. These organizations will pick up at your front door what we box up after the estate sale.
*Once everything is sorted we begin to set up your estate sale! We obtain any permits needed. We set up the tables, displays, and price.
*We execute your sale sometimes one day, or up to four.
*After the sale, we immediately separate the donated items and start the clean out process. When we are done what once was an overwhelming/crowded home will now be completely clear, vacuumed, swept, and surface cleaned. Ready to sell, or rent again. The best part is all the treasures that were found are now living on being kept, used, and loved as they once were.
